Current Projects
Armadale
High Street
This mixed-use project is situated in Armadale, on one of inner Melbourne’s most prestigious shopping strips. Set amidst the fashion boutiques, cafes and multicultural dining of High Street, it comprises five levels of office and co-working accommodation, a ground floor restaurant, basement wine bar and sub-basement car parking. At street level, the modernist design is true to the area’s retail heritage; above, the building’s commercial uses are expressed through a series of bold, origami-inspired geometries.

Footscray
Harris Transportable Housing Project
The first initiative of its kind in Victoria, this project provides housing for those experiencing, or at risk of homelessness. Architecturally designed, fully furnished and 6-star energy rated, its 57 prefabricated units allow tenants to live privately and independently, as part of the Footscray community. Harris Capital is the philanthropic partner for this project, which is led by Launch Housing.
